I denna relityserie får vi följa besättningen på lyxjakten Ionian Princess under sommarens chartersäsong på de grekiska öarna. För besättningen är det långa och intensiva arbetspass som gäller, där båtgästernas allehanda krav och önskningar ska tillgodoses, samtidigt som det inte alltid är lätt att se var gränserna går, vare sig för gästerna eller för personalen. Dessutom kommer både kärlek och intriger med i bilden.
Serien hade premiär 2016 och varje avsnitt är ungefär 60 minuter. Totalt har 139 avsnitt sänts uppdelat på 8 säsonger och serien är i produktion så det kommer att kommma nya avsnitt.

Season 5 sees the crew voyage around the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain, on the 184-foot mega yacht “The Wellington,” the largest in Below Deck history. Sail along as Hannah leads the interior, while Malia returns in a new role as Bosun and works hard to gain respect from her fellow deckhands, who challenge her position and test her patience.
